Important information about booking

How can you reserve your dream property?

There are several ways to reserve your desired holiday accommodation: you can call, send an e-mail, book directly via the holiday accommodation's website or, if you already have an offer, simply confirm it by e-mail. All that is needed are the contact details (name, address, e-mail address, mobile phone number).

How many people are travelling?

To ensure that we are as prepared as possible for your stay, we ask that you let us know the exact number of people traveling. This includes:

- Adults: Please indicate the number of all persons over 18 years of age.

- Children: Please let us know the number of children and, if possible, their age.

- Toddlers (babies): Also indicate the number of toddlers.

What does a non-binding enquiry mean?

A non-binding enquiry makes it possible to receive a concrete offer by e-mail, which can then be booked bindingly. If "BOOK NOW" is clicked, we will forward the booking request to the owner of the holiday accommodation after entering the data. After their approval, you will receive the final booking confirmation.

Can I reserve a holiday home with aneo.travel?

Unfortunately, no period can be reserved for a holiday home without a binding booking. Unlike hotels, there is limited availability with a vacation rental. The owner is dependent on making optimal use of the accommodation, so whoever books first wins the bid. Our tip: Clarify all the details within your group and contact us if you have any questions about the property. Once all ambiguities have been cleared up, binding bookings can be made without hesitation.

Is there a minimum length of stay in the holiday accommodation and are arrivals possible on any day of the week?

An important note: If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us! Each holiday accommodation allows flexible arrival days and has its own requirements for the minimum length of stay. On our website www.aneo.travel you can enter your desired travel period and view the corresponding options. Each holiday accommodation has a special booking calendar, which you will find at the bottom of each page. There you will find all the relevant information about arrival days and the required minimum length of stay. Generally, most villas are only available for weekly bookings (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday during the months of June to September.

Is the booking calendar always up to date on www.aneo.travel?

We strive to satisfy as many guests as possible and keep the occupancy of our villas as accurate as possible. Normally, the calendar is up-to-date. We work with direct interfaces to the owners, who regularly update our booking calendars. However, technical overlaps or time delays can occur. Therefore, we always work on request, which means that the owner must give his consent to the booking after your booking. This is done for your safety. If an owner cannot confirm, we will always take care of this special case for your benefit, so that no one has to give up their holiday accommodation.

What does the occupancy of 6+2 people mean for a holiday accommodation?

This means that the holiday accommodation is registered for 8 people, but there are only 6 regular sleeping options in the form of beds. The additional +2 people must stay either on a sofa or in an extra bed, provided the owner provides one.

Is it allowed to exceed the specified number of people in a holiday accommodation?

No. Each holiday accommodation has a rental permit issued by the Ministry of Tourism, which establishes a maximum number of people. This occupancy figure is anchored in the registration of the holiday accommodation. Violation of this regulation may result in you having to vacate the house. Therefore, it is important to arrive only with the specified number of people.

Can pets be brought along?

We consider pets to be guests and want to provide them with a comfortable stay. In our search filter, we have also integrated the option for pets (but these must always be specified!). There are owners who are happy to accept pets, possibly for a cleaning fee, while other villas do not allow animals for allergy protection reasons. If you are unsure, you can always ask our staff for advice.

I am interested in booking a holiday accommodation and would like to know how much the deposit is and when it is due.

The deposit for a holiday accommodation is 30% of the total price and must be paid within 3 days of our booking confirmation. During the booking process, you will have the option to select the desired payment method (bank transfer, PayPal or credit card). You will receive all the necessary instructions and payment information in your booking confirmation, and we will of course be by your side during this process. As soon as we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation. If you have any further questions about the payment process, please feel free to contact us at any time.

When and how should the final payment be made?

The final payment of 70% of the total price must be made no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. We will remind you of the final payment by e-mail and inform you about the different payment methods. You will be informed again about all available payment options and guided by us. For the final payment, as well as for the deposit, you can choose a payment method. It is not necessary to use the same payment method as for the deposit! The receipt of the final payment will be confirmed by us by e-mail.

When will you receive the address of the holiday accommodation?

The exact address of the holiday accommodation will be communicated to you as soon as the final payment has been made, but no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. In addition, the contact person on site with mobile phone number is indicated, who will meet you at the holiday accommodation. After booking, you will first receive a booking confirmation email that contains all the relevant information about your booking: the selected travel period, the total price, due dates of payments and important contact information. The address will then follow, as described, after receipt of the final payment.

Are cost sharing and individual transfers possible for larger groups?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The total amount must be received by us as one sum under the stated purpose. Please organise yourself before booking, as the person making the booking will also receive the payment requests.

What is the deposit when booking a holiday rental?

When you arrive at the holiday accommodation, it is necessary to pay a cash deposit to the owner or manager at check-in. The amount of this deposit varies and will be communicated to you during the booking process. It serves as security for possible damage. We have a good relationship with the owners of the villas, who are usually friendly and cooperative. The deposit is not intended as a "punishment", but is intended to encourage careful handling of the inventory. The holiday accommodations and their equipment are expensive, while the deposit is small in comparison. There can always be minor damage, such as with crockery or vases. In such cases, no owner will retain the deposit. If you behave responsibly, you will get the deposit back in full.

Arrival and stay

Is it possible to check in earlier?

We kindly ask you to plan your arrival so that you arrive at the holiday accommodation punctually at 4 pm on the day of check-in. The cleaning teams need a few hours to carefully clean and prepare the holiday accommodation and the entire property before you check in. However, if you are considering an earlier arrival, we recommend that you make a quick call to our local contact person. They may be able to tell you if an earlier check-in is feasible.

What should I do if my flight is delayed or I'm stuck in a traffic jam? How do I inform about my late arrival?

If your arrival is delayed, it is crucial that you contact the host immediately. All the necessary contact details have already been provided and the host is available at any time on the day of your arrival. Don't worry: even at a late hour, he will give you a friendly welcome at the holiday accommodation.

How does registration in the guest portal work?

Our guests will automatically receive a link to our guest portal 30 days before arrival. There you can register for the tourist office independently. This registration can be done up to the day of arrival, so you have plenty of time to complete all the necessary steps.

Please note that for safety and convenience, we are reluctant to let guests into the property without full registration. If registration has not been completed by arrival, it is necessary for each guest to present a valid ID. This may delay the handover of your holiday accommodation. Therefore, we recommend that you complete the registration early to ensure a smooth check-in.

In addition, you will find both the address and the coordinates of your holiday accommodation in the guest portal. If you ever have difficulties with a navigation system or a search engine, you can simply copy the coordinates into your smartphone to reach the accommodation without any problems.
