The villa was completed in 2019 and has since been available to holiday guests from near and far to relax from everyday life. The villa was furnished to a high standard in collaboration with an Italian designer. Most of the furniture was specially made for these villas. The house is furnished for 6+2 people. The combination of the houses with plaster and natural stone facades and many balconies reflect the Istrian architecture. The villa has a living space of 144m², which is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining area, the living room, a guest toilet and a bedroom with its own bathroom. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms have a TV and are fully air-conditioned. The villa has its own pool and a large play and sunbathing area with a large BBQ grill. If you don't want to cook yourself, there are several good restaurants serving typical Istrian cuisine in the town and in the surrounding area. Pets are not allowed here.
