Our holiday home is located near Porec, in a very quiet residential street. From the pool and the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Adriatic, where the sun sinks beautifully into the sea in the evening. The villa was completely modernized and refurbished in 2017. The 105m² holiday home can accommodate 6 + 2 people. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with dining area, the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Outside there is a pool and a large BBQ grill. A shop and 3 restaurants are within walking distance. There are 2 parking spaces in the yard.
