Villa Billy

The villa was completed in 2019 and has been available to holidaymakers from far and wide since then to relax from everyday life. The villa was furnished in high quality in collaboration with an Italian designer. Most of the furniture was specially made for these villas. The houses are furnished for 6 + 2 people.
The combination of the houses with plaster and natural stone facades and many balconies reflect the Istrian architecture. Both cottages each have a living space of 144m², which are spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the dining area, the living room, a guest toilet and a bedroom with a private bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with an associated bathroom. All rooms have a TV and are fully air conditioned. The cottages each have their own pool and a large play and sunbathing area with a large BBQ grill. If you don't want to cook yourself, there are several good restaurants with typical Istrian cuisine in the village and in the surrounding area.
